Here's Tina in her own words best articulating how each "Texas Butterfly-and-Bluebonnet" Suncatcher comes together:

First, I cut up the glass and lay everything out, as you see in the above pictures. I build these particular suncatchers by starting with the butterfly--to me, its the real "eyecatcher" of each piece.

After that, I move on to the bluebonnet, constructing it from the top to the bottom.
